Five weeks. Five weeks without internet! Only one entity to blame: O2. They claim that You can get connected to Internet HD in a large city or in a remote village in the mountains.
Bullshit! Isn’t Prague a large city? Despite all their promises, after three technicians visiting, countless hours in their office, and paying an exuberant price for their (not that) SMART box AND internet access, there is still no internet. Five weeks of struggle and it is not over. Now we have to cancel – the beginning of a new (expensive) nightmare. In short, don’t sign up with O2 in the Czech Republic, except if you want to deal with a bunch of incompetent, and what is more dishonest, people.
